Das Zimmer ist hell und groß (25qm) und es wird möbliert vermietet. Die WG ist eine 3-Zimmer-WG mit zwei sehr lieben Mitbewohnerinnen. Ich werde den Schrank und die Kommode leer räumen, aber meine Bücher (lese dich gerne durchs Regal!) und ein paar andere Dinge würde ich gerne im Zimmer lassen.
The room is big and sunny and you will rent it with the furniture. I would take my clothes out of the wardrobe and the commode but I would love to leave my books and some other stuff (feel free to read!!). The flat consists of two other super lovely humans. The location is central, near to the central station (15 min by bus) and you have good connections to other public transportation (5 min by foot to U Turmstrasse, U9).
5 min zur Spree (walking to the Spree)
5 min bis U Turmstraße (Subway U Turmstraße)
1 min zu Bussen (diverse Busses)
10 min mit dem Bus zum Hbf (with the bus to the central station)
Wir studieren und/oder arbeiten und sind daher unter der Woche beschäftigt. Allerdings frühstücken wir gerne am Wochenende zusammen oder kochen ab und zu am Abend oder gehen ins Kino. Wir sind keine Party-WG.
We srudy and/or work. In the weekdays we are quite busy but we enjoy to have a dinner from time to time, to go to the conema or to share a breakfast at the weekend. We are not a party flat.
