Ich vermiete meine zwei Zimmer in der WG-Wohnung für 2 Monaten vom 15. Mai bis 15. Juli 2024 (auch ein Einzug schon ab 05. Mai wäre möglich).
Zusammen sind die Zimmer 45 qm groß (also ohne Küche, Bad und Flur, die wir gemeinsam nutzen und die etwa 20 qm groß sind). Altbau mit Parkettboden, hell und vor wenigen Jahren renoviert. Die Wohnung ist im 4. OG mit Fahrstuhl und einer großen Terrasse, die direkt an die vermieteten Zimmer angrenzt.
Hello dear potential residents!
I am renting my two rooms in the shared flat for 2 months from 15. May to 15. July 2024 (it would also be possible to move in earlier, from 05. May on).
Both rooms together are 45 sqm big (without kitchen, bathroom and hallway, which we share and which are about 20 sqm). It's an old building with parquet flooring, bright and renovated a few years ago. The flat is on the 4th floor with a lift and a large terrace right at the rented rooms.
Die Wohnung liegt in Steglitz (3 Min. vom U-Bhf. Schlossstraße), also z.B. geeignet für Menschen mit FU-Anbindung und Wunsch nach relativ ruhigem Umfeld. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Verkehrsanbindung gibt es reichlich, auch ein paar Cafés, Restaurants und Kneipen. Es ist der Gegend entsprechend ein eher bürgerliches Haus mit einem älteren Ehepaar in der Wohnung darunter, also nichts für allzu partyfreudige Menschen.
The flat is located in Steglitz (3 min. to U-Bhf. Schlossstraße), maybe interesting for people with FU connection that are looking for a quieter neighbourhood. Shopping places and multiple public transport connections are very close, also some cafés, restaurants and pubs. It is according to the area a rather bourgeois house with an older couple in the apartment below, so not for party-happy people.
In der gleiche Wohnung lebt ein Mitbewohner, der sehr ruhig und fürsorglich ist, er studiert an der Max Planck Universität als Promotionsstudent im Fach Physik.
In the same apartment lives a roommate who is very quiet and for caring, he studies at Max Planck University phd physics.
