(Please only girls- no official registration!!) I am looking for a clean and friendly person. The room is cosy, bright with two big win toward a nice park in front. It has a bed with mattress and blanket, including a 2m shelve, komode with coat rack, a table, and a carpet.
If you stay the whole month the price will be 550€(warm) ;For staying less than half a month I would calculate a higher price per night, we can discuss that together. I would like to set a trial period of 2 months, after that we can decide together whether it fits..!
(Bitte nur Frauen-keine Anmeldung!!) Ich suche nach einer freundlichen und ordentlichen Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, hell mit zwei großen Fenster zu einem schönen Park. Es hat ein Bett mit Matratze und Decke, inklusive 2m Regal, Tisch, Teppich und ein Kleiderschrank mit Garderobe.
Wenn du mind. einen Monat bleiben willst wird der monatliche Preis 550€ betragen, bei Aufenthalten unter 2 Wochen würde ich einen höheren Preis pro Nacht berechnen, das können wir gerne verhandeln.
Ich wünsche mir eine Probezeit von 2 Monaten, danach schauen wir gemeinsam ob es mit uns passt..!
The flat is in the first floor of a 10-floor apartment, renovated and very bright and clean. However the area is quiet. It is just 10 minutes walking to the s bahn Landsberger allee. In addition two Tram-stations (M5/ M6) and (M13/M16) are only 1 minute from the flat. It is just 15 min by tram to S+U Frankfurter Allee. Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg is just 1 minute by foot, a very nice park for jogging. And the free-grilling beside the lake in Fennpfuhlpark is a benefit that is accessible by just 3 minute walking. Netto, Rosemann, REWE, Sparkasse, 1-EURO Shop are accesible in 5 min.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock einer 10-stöckigen Wohnung, renoviert und sehr hell und sauber. Die Gegend ist ruhig. Es sind nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur S-Bahn Station Landsberger Allee. Zusätzlich sind zwei StrassenBahn-Stationen (M5 / M6) und (M13 / M16) nur 1 Minute von der Wohnung entfernt. Es ist nur 15 min mit der Straßenbahn zur S + U Frankfurter Allee. Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg ist nur 1 Minute zu Fuß, ein sehr schöner Park zum Joggen. Und das Frei-Grillen neben dem See (Lake) im Fennpfuhlpark ist ein Vorteil, der nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Netto, Rosemann, REWE, Sparkasse, 1-EURO-Shop sind in 5 min erreichbar.

Only Girls Apply please! I am quiet, respectful and kind living in the flat. You can use the kitchen and living room, also the big balcony and once per week the washing machine for sure (full). Private things like toilet papers&washing (cloth/ dish)soup please take care yourself.
Bitte nur Frauen!! Ich bin ruhig, respektvoll und freundlich. Du kannst die Küche und das Wohnzimmer mitbenutzen, auch den großen Balkon und einmal pro Woche die Waschmachine (voll).
