WG-Zimmer * Platz der Luftbrücke * Zwischenmiete 1.03. bis 30.04.2023 * 2er WG

Hallo,
da ich von März bis April nicht in Berlin bin, vermiete ich mein Zimmer vom 1.03.2023 bis 30.04.2023 unter. Die Miete liegt monatlich bei 500 €. Ich vermiete das Zimmer aber nur für den kompletten Zeitraum.

Die Wohnung befindet sich am Platz der Luftbrücke in einem schönen, ruhigen Altbau. Sie befindet sich zwischen zwei Innenhöfen, sodass man hier wirklich seine Ruhe hat. In dem Haus wohnen viele Familien, weshalb Partypeoplez eher nicht willkommen sind. Dein Zimmer ist ca. 18qm und insgesamt ist die Wohnung ca. 55qm groß. Zusammen würdest du mit meinem tollen Mitbewohner Amir wohnen, er ist 34 Jahre alt, kommt aus dem Iran und spricht bisher ein wenig deutsch, aber perfekt englisch. Ich wohne schon seit über 10 Jahren in dieser Wohnung und hatte bisher keinen besseren Mitbewohner als ihn. Er arbeitet als Architekt und ist daher sehr viel auf der Arbeit und kommt abends nach Hause, wo wir uns mal auf ein Getränk oder zum Essen in der Küche treffen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was du benötigst und du kannst auch alles benutzen und dich wie zu Hause fühlen. Mir ist es nur wichtig, dass du unsere Wohnung mit Respekt und Fürsorge behandelst, als wäre es deine Eigene!

Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral an der Grenze von Kreuzberg zu Tempelhof:

> 1 min zum Bus
> 5 min zur Ubahn-Haltestelle Platz der Luftrbrücke
> 5 min bis zum Viktoriapark
> 10 min bis zum Tempelhofer Feld
> 10 min zur Bergmannstraße

I am not in Berlin from end of march until end of april, so I will sublet my room from 1st of march until the 30th of april. The rent for every month is 500 €. But I will just rent my room for the whole period.

The apartment is located at Platz der Luftbrücke in a nice, quiet old building. It is located between two courtyards, so you really have your peace here. Many families live in the house, so party peoples are not welcome. Your room is about 18sqm and in total the apartment is about 55sqm. Together you would live with my great roommate Amir, he is 34 years old, comes from Iran and speaks some German and perfect English. I have been living in this apartment for over 10 years and have not had a better roommate than him. He works as an architect and is therefore very much at work and comes home in the evening, where we meet sometimes for a drink or for dinner in the kitchen. In the apartment there is everything you need and you can also use everything and feel like at home. It is only important to me that you treat our apartment with respect and care as if it were your own!

The apartment is centrally located on the border of Kreuzberg and Tempelhof:
