Hey ihr Wohnungssuchenden,

da mein Mitbewohner Chris und ich im Ausland sind, möchten wir unsere Wohnung untervermieten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss in der Alten Schönhauser Straße und liegt daher sehr zentral. Sie ist sehr hell und voll möbliert. Ihr habt außerdem Zugang zu unserem Rooftop, mit tollem Blick auf den Fernsehturm (wahrscheinlich besser im Sommer, aber trotzdem einen Blick wert ;)).

Da wir die Wohnung zu zweit bewohnen, haben wir zwei Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Doppelbetten. Chris bewohnt ein großes Zimmer (~35m²), in dem sich sowohl das Bett, als auch Schreibtisch, Schrank, TV und ein E-Piano befinden. Ich bewohne ein kleines Schlafzimmer (~10m²) und ein großes Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer (~25m²) inklusive großem Sofa, Schrank, Schreibtisch und E-Piano. Falls benötigt, haben wir beide auch Monitore für das Home-Office, die ihr benutzen könnt.

Theoretisch können in der Wohnung mehrere Leute unterkommen - entweder ihr wollt zu zweit oder dritt einziehen, oder wir würden versuchen an 2 Personen separat zu vermieten. Natürlich gerne nach Absprache mit den potentiellen Bewohner:innen.

Alle zwei Wochen kommt eine Haushaltshilfe. Diese wird von uns separat bezahlt. Der Gesamtpreis liegt übrigens unter dem, was wir eigentlich zahlen (willkommen in Berlin ;)). Wir verdienen also nicht an euch.

Hey people looking for a room,

Because my roommate Chris and I are abroad, we would like to sublet our apartment. The apartment is located on the top floor at Alte Schönhauser Straße and is therefore very central. It is very bright and fully furnished. You also have access to our rooftop, with an amazing view of the Fernsehturm (probably better in summer but still worth a look ;)).

Since there are two of us living in the apartment, we have two bedrooms, each with double beds. Chris occupies a large room (~35m²), equipped with a bed, a desk, a closet, TV and an electric piano. I occupy a small bedroom (~10m²) and a large living/study room (~25m²) including a large sofa, closet, desk and e-piano. If needed, we each also have monitors which you can use, in case you need to do home-office.

Theoretically, the apartment can accommodate several people - either you want to move in with your partner or one or two friends, or we would try to rent it to two people separately. Of course, we would be happy to discuss any "random" combination with the potential occupants.

Every two weeks, a cleaning person will come. She is paid separately by us. By the way, the total price is less than what we actually pay for the appartment (welcome to Berlin ;)). So we do not make money off you.
