Hey everyone🙂
I am subletting my beautiful and central room in Mitte.
I just finished my bachelor studies and am taking the opportunity to travel for about 6 months (maybe more).
The room is equipped with everything one need (desk, chair, bed, clothing wrack), some of my stuff will stay in the room but I make as much space as I can. The flat has a balcony, a bathtub and fully equipped kitchen.
**NO REGISTRATION AND THEREFORE NO ANMELDUNG POSSIBLE**
The flat was renovated before I moved in in February and therefore everything is new and clean. Balcony faces the sun side :)
Your roommates would be Barbara(25) from Chile, Gilian (23) from Germany and Jacob(27) from England. The main language of communication in our shared flat is English and you should feel prepared for it. One thing that's very important to us is that we're not bringing the party home. We try to create an oasis in the middle of Berlin to have a comfortable retreat from the hectic city. Bringing friends is of course not a problem, but since we have very different daily routines a respectful handling of each other is a must. Please start your text with “Oasis” so I know who actually read this and who’s just copy pasting 🙃 Other than that my rommies are nice company with morning yoga sessions, and vegan cooking sessions in the evening.
As Jacob is travelling until the end of March his room is currently sublented to one of my friends that is writing her thesis :)
