Das Zimmer wird ab 05.02.2023 bis 24.02.2023 frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca 17m² groß und mit einem Balkon mit Tisch und 2 Sitzbänke - perfekt fürs Frühstücken in der Sonne :)
Das Zimmer hat ein Bett 140x210cm, ein Schreibtisch, eine Kommode usw.
Saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.
Es gibt auch eine Küche und 2 Bäder.

The room is available starting from 5th of February till 24th of February 2023.
The room is about 17m² in the size and has a balkony with a table and 2 benches. Very peaceful and green. Perfect for breakfasting outside. :)
In the room you'll find a bed 140x210 cm, a desk, a dresser etc.
Clean bed linen and towels are also available.
There is also a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in the apartment.
Die Gegend ist ziemlich entspannt und grün. Es gibt der Humannplatz 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt mit der Möglichkeit auch Tischtennis zu spielen. Einige gute authentische Bäckereien und Kaffees sind fußläufig entfernt. Wenn man mehr Action braucht, kommt man auch schnell zur Eberswalder Str., Mauerpark, Schönhauser Allee usw.
Was die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten angeht, findest du Penny, Denns Biomarkt, Rewe und DM in der Nähe.
Mit dem Straßenbahn 12 oder M13 kommst du in 15 Minuten am Weissensee an.
Und in 20 Minuten mit dem M2 bist du schon am Alexa.

The neighborhood is quite chill and green. You can lay down in the grass or play table tennis at Humannplatz which is a 5 three minute walk away. You'll find some good and authentic German Bakeries and Cafes.
If you want to get to one of the liveliest parts of the city, you can reach Eberswalder Str., Mauerpark, Schönhauser Allee very quickly by foot as well.
Some grocery stores and drugstores nearby are Penny, Denns Biomarkt, Rewe and DM.
The nearby lake Weissensee can be reached with the either tram 12 or M13 within 15 Minutes.
Alexanderplatz is 20 minutes away with the tram M2.
In dieser Zeit wohnst du zusammen mit Nina (evtl. auch weg im Urlaub), Lea und Anton. In unserem Gästezimmer wohnt vorübergehend zurzeit noch die 5. Person - Lisa, die evtl. in Februar auszieht.
Nina ist eine Tänzerin und studiert Theaterwissenschaft, Lea arbeitet als Erzieherin in der Kita, Anton studiert Psychologie und spielt Bass in einem Blues Rock Band.

You'll be staying together with Nina (might be away on a vacation during your stay), Lea and Anton. Currently there is a 5th person - Lisa - staying in our guest room and she might be moving out in February.
Nina is a dancer and she studies applied theater. Lea works in a kindergarden, Anton studies Psychology and plays bass in a blues rock band.
