- 28sqm with a double bed, work desk, two wardrobes (I will make space for you), and lots of books! wifi box with 250 mbps speed located right next to the bed.
- the room is bright with two large windows and a glass door leading to the balcony.
- you will have your own big balcony connected to the room with a BBQ and table/chairs. Nice for watching the sunset, perfect for smokers.
- the flat has 2 bathrooms (2 toilets, 2 showers, 1 bathtub) and a large fully equipped kitchen/living room.
- located on the 4th floor with a lift
- a beautifully renovated altbau building with very high ceilings.
Located between Eisenacherstr. & Bayerischerplatz stations (U7). Eisenacherstr. station is just 4 minutes walk from the apartment.
Right outside the apartment you’ll find a 24 hour gas station with drinks and snacks.
The neighbourhood is quiet and residential. Weekends are lovely at Winterfeldplatz market and another flea market ar Rathaus Schöneberg. Lots of restaurants nearby.
The neighbourhood is very LGBTQIA+ friendly.
You’ll be sharing on and off with two housemates:
Housemate 1:
Male, 28, German - very friendly and respectful. Likes to socialise at home. Will be on holiday during the time period for 3 weeks so he will not always be around.
Housemate 2:
Male, 21, German - also friendly and respectful, is usually not home that often due to his work. He will stay in Berlin throughout.
We are all working professionals so it will not be a party house.
