Hello Everyone,
We are starting a new WG in Berlin next to S-Feuerbachstr.(2 min walk) three people live in the flat and there is a room with a private balcony still up for grabs. This room is a little less than 20m² it will be for 700. You are renting an empty room, but the landlord is offering to provide 700 euros for furniture of your choice.
It is located in a quiet side street.
So far the flat has stayed nice and cold during the summer, while we still have very large windows which let in a lot of light.
Edeka is roughly 3 mins walking away.
Same for penny and rewe.
We have a few nice restaurants right around the house and Schloßstraße is only 10 mins walking away.
Transport is great with the s1, U9 and many buses right around the corner.
The neighbourhood also offers many smaller green spaces right around the corner and a large park not too far away.
It is going to be an English speaking WG.
We are two Students, both studying at FU-Berlin.
Mariia is 24 and studies Political Sciences.
I am 22 and I study Economics.
We have both been living in Berlin for over two years now.
I am originally from Germany, but grew up in Asia whereas Mariia is from Ukraine.
We enjoy quality time, so cooking, bars, chit-chat.
Austin is from Nigeria and has been living in Würzburg for the past 15 years.
He is a DJ and a very friendly easy going person.
We are really just looking for open minded people, who can communicate so that we have a good climate in the WG.
I speak for all of us when I say we want this space to be as unproblematic and friendly as possible. We are all different with very different backgrounds and we need to be respectful of that.
If anyone is bothered by anything we'd prefer ypu speak up and we try to find a solution, we are all tired of passive aggressiveness.
The Landlord has actually offered to provide 700 Euros per room for purchasing furniture, so you'd be paying for a furnished room
