The room is number 3 (Zimmer 1) in the floor plan. (Rent would be ca. 803 warm including electricity, internet, GEZ
fee and all :) with your own balcony.) The room is open, the walls are white and you look over the s bahn riding along below you. The next house is ~300m away so no one is staring directly at you ;)
The room is not furnished, but the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms are. Also, we have 2 (!!!) beautiful bathrooms. One with a shower and one with a bathtub.
S Südkreuz is extremely close and the Bezirk Schöneberg is a friendly and exciting one. We have nice walking trails close by and its a lot greener here than you'd probably think. Restaurants in the area are fantastic and bars (under normal circumstances also clubs) are within walking distance. There are some good trails for runners as well.
We are two friends who both work in IT (and currently from home). We are introverts, but we are also very welcoming. We enjoy sports like dancing, yoga, going for long walks.
It's important to us that you are open to or a part of the LGBTQIA and BIPOC communities. We primarily speak english with each other, but both understand and speak german as well.
The flat is kept very clean and we all do our fair share of chores. One condition is to do your dishes right away. (This is probably a given anyway ;) )
As to how we live together it varies. There are times where we see each other frequently and go out together, have people over for dinner and boardgames, or enjoy frequent walks. There are also times where we barely talk, except when we meet in the kitchen. Life happens, schedules fill up, but we always appreciate each other and are mindful of each others space.

Im moving out of the room, which is why I help my roommates find another person but we will check this account all together :) I kept their original text above. If you have any questions just ask away. Viewings will take place on the 11th and 12th of April, spontaneusly on the weekdays at 5pmor on the Weekdays between 12-13.30 pm :) a bit weird timeslots i know, but we are quite busyy, trying our best ;))
