The apartment has three rooms - 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen and toilet with shower.

The room is spacious, chic big bed with a good mattress, table, chair, bedside table. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the entire apartment and the room has a gorgeous view of the whole Berlin, you can always see beautiful sunsets, sunrises, the room is always very bright and that is the sunniest room in the apartment.
The kitchen has everything for cooking, glasses, mugs, boards, knives, plates, bowls and all the other little stuff.
In the living room we have a TV, a very comfy sofa, a table, lots of shelves.
This apartment located in the heart of Mitte, Hackescher Markt, 1-2 minutes by foot to S-Hackescher Markt, 6 minutes by foot to Alexanderplatz.
In two-minute distance is - Rewe, Kaufland, Dm, restaurants, coffeeshops.
A 5 minute walk from Berliner Dom, also there are parks nearby, lots of greenery and 2 minutes to the river. In 2-3 minutes is the main Humboldt faculty.
1-2 minutes - S Hackescher Markt (S3/S5/S7/S9)
6 minutes - Bahnhof Alexanderplatz (U2, U5, U8, DB)
10 minutes - U8 Weinmeisterstraße
4 minutes - U5 Rotes Rathaus
I am a working student in Berlin from Kazakhstan, do speak English and Russian, I do live here for two years.
I’m in love with cooking, dancing, making my home super comfy. My man and I spend a lot of time together at home, but I guess it’s not a problem at all, he’s super chill and comfy person, as am I:) But he doesn’t spend all the time here

I would like to have a girl, who selfdevelops, works/studies, doesn't party every night. You can invite your friends home sometimes, but so that it doesn’t interfere with me and my personal space. You can smoke on the balcony, but not in the apartment.
You can move in as soon as possible, the room is already free.
