You would be renting two rooms in the three room apartment. Those rooms are connected and you can reach the bedroom by walking through the living room. So it’s quite separated and quite :) both rooms are facing the backyard. The special thing is that its basically a two room apartment in an apartment.
All facilities such as washing machine, dish washer etc. are free for use.
The rooms can also be rented by a couple, its not suitable for two people who’d want to rent the rooms separately.
The apartment is located at Gesundbrunnen, approx. 10-12 minutes on foot to the station or around 8 minutes on foot to bornholmer Straße. Theres also aTram 1 minute away from the house.
Theres a big park around the corner and. Little river called Panke.
I‘ll be your roommate, I’m a quite relaxed flamte (I‘d say 😆). I like to keep the shared rooms such as kitchen nd bathroom quite tidy and clean, but I‘m definitely not a fanatic about it.
I‘m out quite a lot, travelling or just outside so you‘ll probably not see much of me.
