Ich biete ein unmöbeliertes, 16 qm großes Zimmer in einer 3 Zimmer Wohnung an.
Es beinhalet zwei große Fenster, welche nach Süden gelegen sind und somit eine helle und freundliche Atmosphäre schaffen.
Der Bodenbelag ist aus PVC und somit sehr pflegeleicht.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4.OG was sicherlich nicht ohne ist, aber es hält fit.
Die Lage in der Talstadt bietet gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten und einen kurzen Gehweg zur nächsten Bushaltestelle.
Für Studierende aus den Wirtschaftswissenschaften ist es sehr gut gelegen da sich das alte Rathaus in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet.
Die Wohnung beinhaltet drei Zimmer, allerdings ist das dritte ein Wohn,- und Aufenthaltsraum da die Küche zu klein ist.
Diese ist bereits gut ausgesattet.
Es kann gerne zusammen gekocht und gefeiert werden.
Ich studiere Immobilienwirtschaft und komme im Oktober ins 3. Semester.
Momentan besitze ich keine Haustiere, bin aber tierlieb.
