Dich erwartet ein 10m² Zimmer in einer insgesamt 95m² großen Wohnung in der 1. Etage. Gemeinsam genutzte Räume sind die Küche, das Bad, der Flur und das Wohnzimmer. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Fahrradabstellraum sowie einen kleinen Gartenanhang um bei schönen Wetter draußen sitzen zu können. Die Küche sowie das Bad ist voll möbliert. Im Gemeinschaftsraum fehlt derzeit ein Sofa da dies unsere alte Mitbewohnerin mitgenommen hat.
Your room has 10m^2 in a 95m^2 flat in the first floor. We share livingroom, bathroom, floor and the kitchen. There is also a room for bikes and a nice garden. The sofa from the pictures will be gone but the rest of living room, kitchen and bath is furnished.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Talstadt und könnte nicht besser gelegen sein. Penny und Angebot sind zu Fuß gerade mal 2 min entfernt und zum Lidl sind es auch nur 7 min. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze an der Straße so dass alles auch in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht werden kann. Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür und befördert dich im nu z.B. an den Campus.
The flat is located in the Talstadt and Penny is 2 minutes pathway away. There are a lot of parking spots in the area and the bus station is directly in front of the door.
Wir sind 2 Studentinnen der hs-anhalt. Das Zusammenleben ist ganz entspannt, wir kochen ab und zu zusammen und unternehmen auch mal was, berücksichtigen aber auch unsere Privatsphäre. Jeder hat sein eigenes Kühlschrank-, Badeschran- und Küchenregalfach und wir wechseln uns wöchentlich mit Boden, Bad und Küche putzen ab.
We are 2 female students from the International University of Applied Sciences.
Living together is pretty relaxed: Sometimes we cook together or go out but we also respect each others privacy. You get space in the fridge, kitchen- and bath-cupboard and we’ve got a weekly cleaning plan due to the shared rooms. And we speak English better than we write.
