Wir suchen Nachmieter für ein oder zwei Zimmer in 3 Zimmer Wohnung, aktuell ist die Wohnung als 3er Wg genutzt. Beide Zimmer sind 16qm groß,eins der Zimmer hat einen Balkon. Badezimmer und Küche werden in Gemeinschaft benutzt und sind beide möbliert
Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Bernburg. Zu Fuß erreicht man schnell die Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind direkt vor der Haustür. Zum Campus nach Strenzfeld sind es etwa 7 min mit dem Auto.
Es ist eine sehr ruhige Wg, nette Mitbewohner. Mit dem verbleibenden Mitbewohner, Student, ist ein angenehmes Zusammenleben möglich. Aufgaben in der Wg sind klar aufgeteilt und werden auch gewissenhaft ausgeführt.
