Dein Zimmer ist durch die großen Fenster schön hell. Es ist unmöbliert und bietet viel Platz für deine Möbel.
Die Küche ist recht klein, aber mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und wir haben ein extra Zimmer, das wir als Wohn- und Esszimmer verwenden können. Oder wir vermieten es an eine/n dritten Mitbewohner/in, das können wir gemeinsam entscheiden.
Die recht neue Waschmaschine haben wir den Vormietern abgekauft, deswegen die kleine Abschlagszahlung von 50€. Eine Badewanne und einen Balkon haben wir auch - letzterer liegt bei meinem Zimmer, aber du kannst ihn natürlich trotzdem gerne jederzeit betreten.
[Your room has beautiful big windows and a nice size with lots of space for your furniture. It is not furnished.
Our kitchen is rather small but well equipped. It also contains the almost new washing machine - we bought it from the previous renters, which is why we would ask for 50€ to cover those costs.
There is an additional room in the flat which we can use as a dining or living room. Or we rent it out to a third flatmate, if you prefer. We even have a bathtub and a balcony. The latter can only be entered via my room, but of course you are welcome to use it.]
Die Wohnung ist direkt beim Campus. In wenigen Minuten ist man bei allen Hochschulgebäuden in Strenzfeld, an der nächsten Bushaltestelle oder draußen im Grünen.
[The flat is right next to campus, you can reach every college building in Strenzfeld in a few minutes, as well as the bus stop to town and the surrounding greenery.]
Du wohnst in der WG mit mir, Ines, zusammen. Ich studiere im zweiten Semester Naturschutz und Landschaftsplanung. Ich würde mich selbst als ruhige, offene Person bezeichnen. Wahrscheinlich darfst du regelmäßig selbstgebackenen Kuchen und Kekse von mir verkosten und der Wasserkocher blubbert ständig, um meinem Teekonsum gerecht zu werden. Für gemeinsame Filmabende, Kochen oder einfach nur ein gemütliches Schwätzchen (bei einer Tasse Tee - du hast es bestimmt schon geahnt) bin ich stets zu haben. Zum Feiern überredest du mich dagegen nur schwer.

[You'll be living together with me, Ines. I'm studying Nature Protection And Landscape Planning in 2nd semester. I'm a calm, open-minded person. You'll probably come to enjoy my regular baking and see me running to the kitchen all the time to refill my tea cup. I'm always open for movie nights, cooking together or simply chatting away over a cup of tea in the kitchen. If you are searching for someone to accompany you to a party though, that probably won't be me ;-)
