Ich bin mir nicht sicher wie groß das Zimmer genau ist, aber ich schätze es so auf 20qm. Es liegt ein schöner Dielenboden und es gibt ein ausreichend großes Fenster. Die Wände sind alle weiß. Außerdem liegt in dem Zimmer ein Fernsehanschluss! ;)
Die Wohnung ist 70qm groß, wir haben eine große Wohn-Küche und auch noch ein Wohnzimmer.

Die Lage ist wirklich top! Die Borsigstraße liegt fast parallel zur Eckendorfer am Ausgang des Ostwestfalendammtunnels!
Von hier sind Bahnhof und Jahnplatz zu Fuß in 10 -15 Minuten erreichbar!
Genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch!
Die Carl-Severing-Schulen und die FH sind gleich um die Ecke.
Es handelt sich um eine 2er WG mit mir, Anna. Ich bin 19 und Auszubildende. Ich suche eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in, da meine jetztige zum März ausziehen wird.
Mir ist egal ob Männlein oder Weiblein, hauptsache wir sind ungefähr auf einer Wellenlänge, da ich kein kaltes aneinander vorbei gelebe haben will! Wenn die Wohnung dein Interesse geweckt hat ruf mich einfach mal an, dann kannst du dir die Wohnung und das Zimmer gerne mal anschauen! :)
In der Miete mit drin ist auch die Telefon und Internet Flatrate!
Leider gibt es keine Waschmaschine! :(
