Your room has light because it has a window which allow you to see the Forest, you have a wardrobe and a sink. The apartment has 5 rooms plus the social area and is on the top floor in the Student Building Number 5, with a beautiful Terrace.
Dein Zimmer hat viel Licht, weil es zwei Fenster hat, hat einen Kleiderschrank und ein Waschbecken. Die Wohnung hat 5 Zimmer plus den Sozialbereich und befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk des Studentengebäudes Nummer 5 und wir haben also eine schöne Terrasse.
Tu habitación tiene luz porque cuenta con una ventana que te permite ver al bosque, tienes un armario y un lavamanos. El apartamento tiene 5 habitaciones más la zona social y esta en el último piso en el Edificio de Estudiantes Número 5, por eso también tenemos una linda terraza.
It is 5 minutes from the University and 5 minutes from the Bültmannshof Tram stop, where there is a doctor's office, ice-cream, restaurants and the Markant Supermarket. The Penny in Lohmannshof is also easily accessible.

Your possible future roommates are Carina from Germany, Knarik (26), she is German-arminian, Shivani (26) from India and Arshmina (27) from Pakistan. The flat community is multi-lingual meaning we can speak German, English and Spanish. There is persons whom only are able to communicate in English.
The flat is seperated into two corridors and at each part, there is one toallete and one bathroom. The available room is located inside the corridor of You, Shivani and Arshmina. Kitchen and Livingroom is shared with everyone which is why everyone is responsible for cleaning it. As we have a contract for 5 persons, the social areas are for you all. We established weekly system: Once at a time, someone is responsible for cleaning the kitchen and the living-room for seven days before it's someone else's turn.
Everyone has their own cupboard for storing food or whatever you like. Furthermore, you'd get one shelf in the fridge and could use shelf in the corner of the flat. As you can see, there is more than enough space over here :)
Life together is relaxed. Parties do not take place frequently in the flat itself, but in the student dorm you shouldn't have any problems to find some party willing people. Especially during summer, there always is something going on on the three balconies on top of the building. If you like to meet new people, that's your place to be :)
