da ich bald ausziehe, wird ein Zimmer in unsere Wohnung ab dem 1.4 frei.
Unsere 2er WG liegt im 1.OG in einem Studentenwohnheim in der Universitätsstraße 13.
Wir haben ein Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer mit Dusche und eine Gemeinschaftsküche in der Wohnung.
Im Wäsche Keller gibt es Münz-Waschmaschinen und Trockner.
Internet- und Fernsehkabelanschluss sind gratis.
Ich suche jemanden, der die Möbel (Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regal, Nebentisch, Bett) für 250 € übernimmt.
!!!!!! Du musst ein eingeschriebene Studentin sein, da das Zimmer ein Wohnheim der Uni ist. !!!!!!!
Unsere WG liegt zwischen der Straßenbahn Station Linie 4 Universität (von Wohnung zum Fuss ca. 5 Minuten) und Bültmanshof (ca. 6 Minuten). In 2 Minuten Fußweg ist ebenfalls eine Bushaltestelle Uni/Zentrum (N1).
Die Uni ist zu Fuß 3 Minuten enfernt.
Es gibt vielen Parkmöglichkeiten in Uni-Parkplätze für das Auto.
Deine potenzielle Mitbewohnerin kommt aus China, studiert an der Uni Bielefeld und ihr werdet auf English sprechen.
Wir erwarten eine neue Mitbewohnerin, mit der ein entspanntes und unkompliziertes Gemeinschafts-WG Leben haben kann.
Einen neuen Putzplan könnt ihr gerne zusammen regelen :)

Hello everyone,
Since I'm moving out soon, a room in our apartment will be available from April 1st.
Our shared apartment for 2 persons is on the 1st floor in a student residence at Universitätsstraße 13. We have a shared bathroom with shower and a shared kitchen in the apartment. In the laundry cellar there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Internet- and TV cable connection are free.
I'm looking for someone to take over the furniture (closet, desk, shelf, side table, bed) for €250.
!!!!!! You must be an enrolled student as the room is a university dorm. !!!!!!!!
Our shared apartment is located between the Universität tram station line 4 (approx. 5 minutes on foot from the apartment) and Bültmanshof (approx. 6 minutes). There is also a bus stop Uni/Zentrum (N1) in a 2-minute walk. The university is a 3 minute walk away.
There are many parking options in university car park.
Your potential roommate is from China, studies at the University of Bielefeld and you will speak with her in English.
We are expecting a new roommate with whom we can have a relaxed and uncomplicated communal flat share.
You are welcome to arrange a new cleaning plan together :)
