Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Jahnplatz, die Bahn fährt sozusagen von unserem Hof ab. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß, möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank) und blickt auf den Innenhof.
In der WG wohnt momentan Felix, 25 und Siri. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm, wir treffen uns ab und zu in der Küche zum Quatschen, ansonsten hat jeder seinen Freiraum.
Аufgrund der Pandemie bin ich nicht in Deutschland, weshalb auch mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei ist. Voraussichtlich ist das Zimmer ab März bis August frei. Die Daten sind aber flexibel, falls jemand früher oder später ein- oder ausziehen möchte.
