Hey,
We are looking for a new flatmate for our 5-person flatshare.
The flat is right next to the university (10 minutes walking distance to the main entrance) and to the tram line stop that directly goes to the city center. The flat is also quite close to several grocery stores, pharmacies, and some fast food shops. You can also use the shared roof terrace of the building in spring and summer times. You can also do your laundries in next-door dorm building for 2 Euros. There is also bicycle storage room alongside with the abundance of space to park your bike at the front of the building.
In our flat:
Jana is studying German teaching and sports at Uni.
Putri is studing childhood education at the FH.
Audrey is studing at the Uni.
Konstantin is studying physics at the Uni.
We have a weekly cleaning plan for common areas in our flat.
The room is originally unfurnished, but furnitures in the room should also be purchased by the future tenant. There is a bed with mattress, a coffee table, a large desk, a nice chair for desk, two additional chairs, a small cupboard, a large cupboard. Wardrobe is provided by the Studierendenwerk.
Also, you need to be a student in Uni Bielefeld or FH to reside here since it is owned by the Studierendenwerk. Unistr. 1-9 buildings will be completely renovated next year, so the future tenant should consider moving out approximately on the end of July 2023.
I will move out at the last week of September, 2022, but the certain date is not clear right now. If you consider, we can discuss and arrange a certain date for your swift settle.
