Da ich die Möglichkeit habe, direkt neben die Uni zu ziehen, wird mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG zum 01.04.2024 frei.
Das Zimmer ist 16m² groß und wird unmöbliert vermietet. Man hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon und eine fantastische Aussicht auf den Gellershagen Park
Lage
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Uni läuft man ungefähr 15-20min. Eine Bushaltestelle, von wo aus man direkt zur Uni kommt, ist ca.50m vom Haus entfernt.
WG-Leben
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner befindet sich langsam in den letzten Zügen seines Studiums und ist deshalb meist nur wochenweise in Bielefeld (oder auch weniger). Das heißt, dass du die WG weitestgehend für dich alleine hast.
Im kommenden Sommersemester 2024 wird er, wenn alles nach Plan läuft, zur Mitte bzw. zum Ende hin selbst ausziehen, du könntest also deine eigene WG Gründen :)
Wenn du Interesse an dem Zimmer hast, schreib mir am besten eine kurze Nachricht via WG-Gesucht. Einen Termin zur Besichtigung und Kennenlernen können wir dann vereinbaren.
### WICHTIG: Vermietet werden kann nur an Personen, die an der Uni/FH Bielefeld immatrikuliert sind bzw. sich noch in Ausbildung befinden. Außerdem ist ein Wohnberechtigungsschein erforderlich.

Due to the possibility of moving near the university my room (2er WG) will be available by the 1st of april 2024. the room measurements are 16m2 and will be unfurnished. the room has access to the balcony and offers a fantastic view of the Gellershagen park.
You can access the university in 15 to 20 minutes and there are also supermarkets nearby. A bus stop that takes you directly to university is 50 meters nearby the WG.
WG Life
Your future roommate is nearing the end of his studies and is therefore only partially in Bielefeld. That means you will have the WG mostly to your self. In the coming summer semester 2024 he is planning to move out, so you could therefore make your own WG.
If you are interested just write me a short message via WG Gesucht. Then we can negotiate a meeting.
Important : The WG room can only be rented to students that are currently studying at Bielefeld university or FH Bielefeld. You will also need a Wohnberechtigungsschein (It’s a Document, which Students for a Student’s Dormitory need. Permit for subsidised housing)
