Die Wohnung gehört zum Wohnheim Altenbrede des Studierendenwerk, beträgt 60 qm und besteht aus einer großen Küche, einem großen Bad, einem kleinen Flur und den zwei Zimmern. Beide Schlafzimmer (ca. 17 qm) haben Zugriff auf die Terrasse, welche direkt an eine Wiese/Garten anschließt. Außerdem ist ein Fahrradraum und ein Wäscheraum (inklusive eigener Waschmaschine) direkt im EG vorhanden.
In der Miete von 304€ sind alle NK außer dem Internet (12 €) enthalten. Du musst ein eingeschriebener Studierender an der FH oder Uni sein und benötigst einen Wohnberechtigungsschein, um dieses Zimmer mieten zu können.
The apartment belongs to the student residence Altenbrede of the Studierendenwerk, is 60 square meters and consists of a large kitchen, a large bathroom, a small hallway and the two rooms. Both bedrooms (approx. 17 sqm) have access to the terrace, which is directly connected to a meadow/garden. There is also a bicycle room and a laundry room directly on the ground floor.
The rent of 304€ includes all additional costs except the internet (12€). You must be a registered student at the FH or university and need a “Wohnberechtigungsschein” to rent this room.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 5 Gehminuten von der Straßenbahnstation Babenhausen Süd (Linie 3) entfernt. Die nächsten Supermärkten (Penny, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Bioladen) kannst du in 5-10 Gehminuten erreichen. Außerdem ist die Universität, sowie die Innenstadt nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und dem Bus entfernt. Rundherum befinden sich viele Parks, welche super für Sport oder zum Entspannen sind.
The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the tram station Babenhausen Süd (line 3). The nearest supermarkets (Penny, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Bioladen) can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot. In addition, the university and the city centre are only 10 minutes away by bike and bus. All around there are many parks which are great for sports or relaxing.
Hi, ich bin Mirijam, 25 Jahre alt und studiere Psychologie an der Uni Bielefeld. Fürs WG-Leben wäre es mir wichtig, dass es keine reine Zweck-WG ist. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn du eher eine entspannte Person bist, mit der man abends auch gerne mal was unternehmen kann (zB Serien schauen, kochen, quatschen, feiern), aber für die es auch in Ordnung ist, wenn man sich mal zurückzieht und Zeit für sich braucht. Zu meiner Person: ich mache gerne Sport, bin gerne unterwegs (zb reisen, wandern, …) und unternehme was mit Freunden (zB tanzen/feiern, kochen, Spieleabend), bin aber auch immer offen für Neues, also wenn du ein cooles Hobby haben solltest ;)
Hi, I'm Mirijam, 25 yo and I'm studying psychology at Bielefeld University. To the WG life it would be important to me that it is no purpose WG. I would be happy if you are more of a relaxed person, with whom you can also enjoy doing something in the evening (e.g. watching series, cooking, chatting, partying) and for whom it is also ok if you need time for yourself. About my person: I like to do sports, to travel and do things with friends (e.g. dancing/partying, cooking, game nights), but I am always open for new things if you have a cool hobby ;)
