Your room is about 14 m² and on the 4th floor (don't worry, an elevator is available) with a view of the surrounding park and the green mountains :). the large window makes the room bright and shining.
You can design it exactly the way you want.
The Studentenwerk also offers you a free wall painting service before moving in, if you wish for.
The kitchen is fully equipped. You will have your own place for your dishes and pots.
A Coffee maker, refrigerator are available.
The location is pretty good, close to the university and with a quick connection to the city. And the dormitory is located in a beautiful park, which is ideal for relaxing, jogging, and picnicking outside, especially in summer.
In the around you could find:
- Bus and train stops can be reached in around 5 minutes
- 2 supermarkets, also quite reachable by walking.
- A tennis club
- The university's gym (Uni Fit)
Your future flatmate will be Sarah, a lovely and a very calm person doing her PhD at the Uni.
As the dorm is for the Studentenwerk, you have to be either enrolled at the FH or the university of bielefeld or also a TH OWL student.
There are no additional costs, everything is included.
Except for the shared washing machines (1.50 €) and dryers (1 €) in the basement.
