Ich vermiete ein weiteres zimmer in meiner neue wohnung. Es ist eine 2-Personen-WG. Der Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Bielefeld Wellensiek Haltestelle und direkt neben dem Uni. (4 min entfernt von Uni) . Es ist ein 21 m2 Zimmer und das warmmiete ist 303 EUR.Kaution: 350 Euro und haftpflichtversicherung nachweis. I am renting a cozy room in my new flat. It is a 2 person flatshare. The flat is located in Wellensiek an its just behind the university. It is a 22 m2 room fitted with all amenities.

4 min fußweg nach Uni und FH. 1 min fuß nach Wellensiek Haltestelle (Stadtbahn). 10 min zur stadtmitte mit stadtbahn. Idealer Ort für Uni & FH Studenten. Sie können spät aufwachen und trotzdem Ihre Kurse im Handumdrehen besuchen.

4 min by foot to Univrsity and FH Bielefeld. The City Tram station is nearby and 1 min walk from Home. Hop on to the city tram line 4 , and you are in the city in 10 mins.
You can easily go for a walk / Run from my home. There is a farm nearby where you can buy fresh veggies and meat.
