Hallo!! Ich bin für ein halbes Jahr im Ausland und möchte ab sofort mein Zimmer untervermieten. Der Zeitraum ist verhandelbar. Bitte versteht, dass ich verhandelbar wörtlich nehme - ich kann den Raum nicht zu den Zeitpunkten vermieten wie es die Anfragenden gerne hätten, wenn der Zeitraum zu kurz ist. Außer ich finde jemanden für den Zeitraum, wenn der Raum frei ist.
Das Zimmer ist in einem Studentenwohnheim in einer netten WG mit 5 Leuten und hat ein eigens Waschbecken. In der Wohnung gibt es eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, einen Duschraum, und zwei WCs. Somit gibt es keinen Ärger bei der Morgentoilette. Meine Möbel würde ich drinnen lassen. Wir sind eine WG, die gerne miteinander quatscht aber niemanden zu gemeinschaftlichen Aktionen zwingt. Wir wissen, dass das Studium auch wichtig ist und unsere Mitbewohner*inne auch eigene Interessen haben. Trotzdem freuen wir uns, wenn wir unsere Interessen verbinden können. Wenn es Probleme mit dem Angebot gibt (z.B Zeit etc.) bin ich zu Gesprächen bereit.
Damit die 6 Leute gut zusammen leben können gibt es zwei Toiletten und einen Duschraum. Außerdem ein tolles Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und einen Balkon.
Während ich im Ausland bin werde ich von meinen Mitbewohnern zur Vermietung des Zimmers vertreten. Ich bin aber auch über email erreichbar und beantworte hier als erster alle Fragen.
HI my friends! I willl study abroad for a half year. The room is in house for students and is actually free. So you have to be immatriculated. The room has its own washbasin. The flat has one kitchen, a livingroom, a romm for the shower and two toiletts. So there will be no stress in the morning. My furnitures would stay for the time and could be used by you. We like to comunicate in the commune, but we do not force the people to take joint action. We know that the studies are important and each persons has his or her own hobbies. But we are happy if we can join interessts together. If ther is a problem with my offer ( time etc.) I am willing to speak. For a good live with 6 people the apprtement has two toilets and one room with shower. Furthermore a nice living room, one kitchen and a balkony.
Sehr gute Lage. 10 - 15 min. bis zur Uni. Ein Penny direkt gegenüber. 10 min zu netten Spazierwegen. 2 min bis zur Bahn die ca. 15 min bis in die Stadt braucht. Kein Strassenlärm. Geht es besser?
10 -15 min to the university by feet. A supermarket on the other side. 10 min for nice area to have a walk. 2 min to the tram, which need 15 min to the city. no noise of the street. do you know something better?
Ihr würdet mit 5 anderen netten Studenten leben. Wie eng Ihr mit Ihnen in Kontakt tretet, wäre eure Wahl. Die Leute sind sehr offen, aber mal mehr auf ihr Studium konzentriert und mal weniger. An Gesprächen sind sie auf jeden Fall interessiert. Guckt es euch einfach mal an.
You would live with 5 other nice students. It would be your choice how close would be the contact. I can tell you that the people like conversation. Sometimes they are more concentratet in their studies sometimes not. Come, and take a look.
Ich suche eine Person die verantwortungsvoll mit meinen Sachen umgeht und meine Post wenigstens an meine Mutter abgibt, wenn sie sie abholt. Ich werde auf jeden Fall einen fairen Vertrag entwerfen.
