Hallo zusammen,
da ein Zimmer in unserer Wg frei wird, suche ich jemanden der es kostengünstig mietet, nur Pendler oder zwischenmiete. Es handelt sich um eine hochwertig eingerichtete Neubau-Wohnung in der Bielefelder Innenstadt, bis zum Jahnplatz sind es 5 min zu Fuß, Bahnhof ca. 500m. Alles nötige ist vorhanden und darf mitbenutzt werden (Waschmaschine, Küche mit Spülmaschine etc.) DSL-Internetflatrate ist verfügbar. Trotz nähe zum Zentrum ist es ruhig und vom Wohnzimmer hat man einen Ausblick auf den Park. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist im Gebäude integriert.
Zu mir: ich bin w, 26, habe studiert, bin Nichtraucher und lege viel Wert auf Sauberkeit. Ich mag Musik, koche ab und an und gehe am Wochenende gerne weg.
Der Preis versteht sich VB für Pendler, die zB nur am Wochenende in der Stadt sind.
