Leider muss ich Bielefeld verlassen u deshalb annoniere ich hier mein WG-Zimmer. Es ist sonnig u hell, denn es hat 2 Fesnter. Es ist großzügig geschnitten und vermittelt ein schönes Raumgegfühl, denn es ist gut 25 m² groß u recht hoch - das ist ja das schöne am Altbau. Dabei ist es nicht teuer, denn es kostet mit Nebenkosten nur 253 Euro. Hinzukommen 10,50 Euro für DSL u Telefonflat. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Wohnküche (hübsch m. Tonnendach)ein Bad natürlich u ein GästeWC, so dass es morgens zumindest für gewisse Angelegenheiten keinen Stau gibt. Stauraum bieten eine Abstellkammer und ein Keller. Meine Mitbewohner (2w, 1m) sind nicht nur sehr nett, sondern ein echter Zugewinn.
Über eure Nachfragen würde ich mich freuen.
Bei Bedarf können auch Möbel angeboten werden (Bett, Schrank usw.)
