ich biete mein Zimmer in meiner netten 4er WG von Mitte August bis Mitte September zur Zwischenmiete an.
Das Zimmer ist 25m2 groß und durch die Fensterfront sehr schön hell.
Meine Möbel (Bett, Couch, Schrank, Schreibtisch, usw.) bleiben im Zimmer.
Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche, bestens für gemütliche Kochabende ausgestattet, und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, sowie ein Gäste WC. Im Keller stehen Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Verfügung.
Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in 5min, in der Stadt ist man zu Fuß in 10min. Auch Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Jibi, Real, Aldi) sind in der Nähe.
Im Mietpreis von 250€ sind alle Nebenkosten, Telefon und Internet enthalten.
