Hej. Wir vermieten 2 Zimmer die zusammen ca. 16m(hoch2 Zeichen) haben. Man kann super eines als Schlafraum und eines als Arbeitszimmer oder so nehmen. Da wir unterm Dach wohnen, sind in allen Zimmern Schrägen (die sind aber bei der qmZahl schon einberechnet)
Die ganze Wohnung ist Mitte 2012 renoviert worden. Wir haben eine tolle Küche und vorallem eine Spül- und eine Waschmaschine!
Zum Bahnhof sind es 5 Minuten. Zur nächsten Busstation 1 Minute und zum Jibbi auch ungefähr 5 Minuten. Es gibt aber auch einen Supermarkt und Kiosk direkt um die Ecke.
Philipp studiert Journalismus ist 22 Jahre und super unkompliziert.
Ich bin Sarah (noch 24J) und muss meine Diplomarbeit in Pädagogik schreiben.
Tagsüber sind wir fast immer unterwegs. Arbeiten und Uni.
Wir suchen einen Typ der Spaß am Wg Leben hat aber sich auch gut alleine beschäftigen kann.
Ich weiß grad nicht was noch wichtig ist, also frag einfach nach :)
