Hallo liebe Menschen! Habe hier ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete im Angebot. Es ist vollständig eingerichtet mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Sessel, Pflanzen und einigem mehr zum Wohlfühlen.
In der gemütlichen Küche ist alles vorhanden was zum Kochen benötigt wird, dazu findest du einen Sessel zum Zeitung lesen, eine Sitzecke am Fenster um zu verweilen, insgesamt ein schöner Ort an dem du gerne und lange Zeit verbringen und gestalten kannst.
Außerdem Teil der Wohnung sind die beiden kleinen Zimmer deiner vorübergehenden und meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin Maartje, eine ausgesprochen angenehme und liebenswerte Zeitgenossin.
Das Zimmer steht vom 30.10 bis zum 31.12 zur Verfügung. Ein früherer Einzug oder späterer Auszug ist leider nicht möglich!

Hi dear all! The room I´m offering for two months is entirelly furnished, there is a bed, sofa, desk, arm chair, plants and some more stuff to feel comfortable.
There is also a cosy kitchen in our flat whith everything you need to create tasty food and feel free to rest for some time at the big table or in the armchair.
Also part of the flat are the two small rooms of your temporary and highly likeable flatmate Maartje.
The room is unfortunately not available before the 30th of october, also it is not possible to stay longer then until the end of december.
Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig, vieles ist schnell zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder der Bahn zu erreichen. In fußläufiger Entfernung findest du Cafés, die Innenstadt, den Bahnhof, die U-Bahn-Linie 4, Biomärkte, Supermärkte, einen Wochenmarkt, einen Park, den Teutoburger Wald und bis zur Uni sind es 5 Minuten mit der Bahn oder 10 mit dem Rad. Außerdem ist der Sigfriedplatz um die Ecke, ein belebter Ort an dem abends die mitgebrachte Decke ausgebreitet werden kann...

The flat is located in a very central but still quiet area. Cafes, supermarkets and organic markets, the tram/train-station Nr.4, a park and the teutoburg forest are within walking distance. And you can reach the university in between 5 minutes by tram or 10 minutes by bike. Besides that the Sigriedflatz is pretty close, where in the evening people bring along their own beer and relax on the ground.
Das Zusammenleben hat sich hier stets als ausgesprochen schön und bereichernd gestaltet. Maartje ist ein sehr aufgeschlossener, interessierter, politisch engagierter Mensch, und weiß nette Gespräche sehr zu schätzen. Die Atmosphäre der Wohnung und die lieben Menschen hier machen den Ort zu einem richtigen Zuhause. Je nachdem was sich so ergiebt, kochen wir zusammen, schauen uns ein Film an, trinken ein Wein...
Zum Sonstigen ist nur zu sagen, dass es toll wäre wenn du in deiner email schon mal ein bisschen zu dir schreiben würdest, was dich so beschäftigt oder was du so machst wäre toll. Wenn du lieber telefonierst, ruf gerne an!
