Your future flat share is on the ground floor of a beautiful old villa and there is a second lovely flat share in the house on the 2nd floor. We have two rooms available:
The 1st one is 37 square meters and it has a lot of space to live in, really good for a couple.The rent is about 700€ and has a warm wooden floor and large windows.
The 2nd one is 22 square meters with a loft for the bed so you can use all the space in any way you like. The rent of this room is about 490 €. For the loft is asked to pay an amount of 200€ that will returns to you in case you decide to move out.
There is a deposit of 280€ and he rents (707€ and 490 €) has all the extra costs included.
We have a stately entrance hall with a fake fireplace in the shared flat. A large table can also be set up there for small and large festivities and with Antonia's boyfriend (Rafael, 22, also a dancer), who can often be found with us, a small dance party is sometimes organized here, where DJs and plays among other things very good house and disco music. Our kitchen has enough space for cooking, eating, chatting and drinking and there is also a balcony on top. The bathroom situation is very relaxed for a shared flat, as there is an additional small toilet.
There is also a cellar with washing-machines and space for bikes.
The WG is located at the foot of the Johannisberg in the west of Bielefeld. The location is ideal! Here you are surrounded by pretty houses, a few minutes' walk from the Teutoburger Forest (perfect for hiking or jogging) and less than 10 minutes' walk to the Siggi, the city center or the old town. You can absolutely enjoy life in nature as well as in the city here. In our garden you can also find a bit of peace and quiet from the city and in the morning many animals, such as squirrels, are out and about. In summer even fireflies sometimes get lost here :-)
With the bike you can reach everything quite well. If you have a car, you will always find a parking slot on our street. And otherwise you can get around by foot quite well.

Antonia: I finished my studies as a professional dancer last summer here in Bielefeld and am now working as a freelance dancer and dance teacher. I don't really have a routine yet of my week because projects come and go, but I teach normally in the evenings and in the daytime I work on projects and my art at home or outside. I also have a great passion in playing instruments and singing, so you will hear me sometimes :) and I climb and boulder and work also a bit in the climbing hall. As I have so many different things going on, I am not always at home or each evening in the kitchen, but I'd like to create a new living group, where we can share some time and food together. I also always love to share some music of course.
Roberta: I'm from Italy, I moved here a few months ago for work. I work both in the office and from home so sometimes i'll be there and sometimes not. I love cooking, share food and wine or beer when it's possible and doing sports. Since I'm new here I'm always searching for something new to do :) Soon I will bring my cat from Italy, she's quiet and she's used to stay in the room with me so you won't get annoyed if you don't want. We'd like to create a relaxed and compact WG life, of course according to everyone's schedules.
We are in the middle of a big change here in the apartment, so we have the possibility to find a way together to organize our living such as cleaning and so on. We normally are not so picky and do not fight about the way people live and we all do our part of the work.
We really want to create a place where everyone feels comfortable and has his own space.
A bonus that we have to mention is our super nice landlady, who not only bakes us cakes regularly, but also spends most of the year in England. She lives on the 1st floor of our house, so this floor is empty most of the time.
Any required service for the house can be called and ordered in a relaxed manner - the costs are usually borne by the landlady.
Since two rooms will become available at the beginning of July, we are looking for two or three new roommates and we are trying to find a common basis of interest so that everyone feels comfortable and gets along well.
