Das Zimmer ist recht groß und man hat genug Platz für alles, was man so braucht. Außerdem kann man vom Zimmer aus direkt auf dem Balkon, auf dem man Nachmittags und Abends super Sonne hat. Durch die große Tür zum Balkon ist das Zimmer sehr hell.
Die Lage ist zentral und man kann alles schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Zum Jahnplatz und zum Hauptbahnhof sind es zu Fuß jeweils ca. 8 Minuten, von dort fahren alle Stadtbahnen und die meisten Busse. Bis zur Uni und FH braucht man ca. 20 Minuten.
Der Jibi ist nur ca. 2 Minuten entfernt, man ist aber auch schnell am Aldi, Real oder in der Stadt.
Du würdest mit Kristina, 24, studiert an der FH, zusammenwohnen. Unser WG-leben war immer recht entspannt, man konnte immer etwas quatschen und zusammensitzen, aber auch seine Ruhe haben.
Kristina zieht selber auch spätestens zum November aus, dann würde also auch das 2. Zimmer frei werden (vielleicht hast du ja schon wen, mit dem du gerne zusammen ziehen willst, oder sonst ist bestimmt auch schnell jemand gefunden ;) ).
Da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt, musst du eingeschriebener Student sein.
