Suchst Du ein zentrales Zimmer?
Da ich ab Anfang Februar beruflich bedingt nach Potsdam ziehe, würde ich mein Zimmer in der sehr netten und gut gelegenen WG abgeben.
Das Zimmer ist knapp 16 qm groß. Die Möbel könnten einfach im Zimmer bleiben (Schrank, Schreibtisch, Schlafsofa, Kommode) oder ich kann die Möbel komplett mitnehmen (das können wir besprechen, je nachdem, was du brauchst).
Es gibt ein großes Doppelfenster, welches zur kleinen Nebenstraße (Albrechtstr.) rausgeht und auch mal die Sonne rein lässt.

I am giving up my room in our wonderful shared from 1st of February due to a work opportunity in Potsdam.
It can be rented furnished/not furnished (depending on if you want to stay for short/for longer time).
The room has a big double window that lets in some sun every once in a while.

Comme je vais déménager à Potsdam, ma chambre en position centrale dans un appartement en colocation très sympa sera libre du 1 février 2019.
La chambre fait environ 16 m². C'est possible de laisser les meubles dans la chambre où pas (dépendant de ce tu as besoin).
La chambre est équipée avec une grande fênetre à par laquelle le soleil se montre.
ie Wohnung liegt zentral und befindet sich in in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs (ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg), bis zum Jahnplatz (Stadtzentrum) dauert es etwa doppelt so lang (ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg). Zum Nordpartk sind es ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Rad, zur Uni mit der Straßenbahn ca. 10.
Eine Apotheke, diverse Bäcker, Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte oder ein Kiosk ... alles was das Herz oder der Magen begehrt ist fußläufig erreichbar.

The apartment is located centrally near the main train station (approx. 5 min by walking). To the Jahnplatz its about 10 min by walking, Nordpark about 5 min by bicycle and to the Uni about 10 min by tram.
All required (and lots of non-required) shops for products of your daily needs are within walking distance.

L'apartement est située très centrale (approximatif cinq minutes à pied de la gare centrale), au centre-ville ça fait environ 10 minutes à pied, à l'université ça fait environ 10 minutes en metro.
Tous les magasins nécessaires (et non-nécessaires) se trouvent très près de l'appartement.
Das WG-Leben zeichnet sich in erster Linie durch Herzlichkeit, Sarkasmus und Ungezwungenheit aus. Man mag sich, sitzt gern mal beisammen und isst, quatscht und trinkt zusammen in der gemütlichen Wohnküche oder auf dem Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Viel Action sollte man nicht erwarten, da wir eher von der gemütlichen Sorte sind.

Sarcasm, debates about important and totally unimportant things, kindness and a relaxed atmosphere could expect you at the shared flat. Sometimes we are sitting together in our comfortable kitchen or on the balcony with a top view to jabber, drink and eat. While all social activities are welcome, we are more the unhurried type, usually there is not such a big action.

Sarcasme, débates sur des sujèts importants et non-importants, gentillesse et une atmosphère relaxe font partie de la vie de tous les jours dans ce appartement. Parfois nous sommes ensemble dans notre cuisine très comfortable où sur le balcon avec une belle vue.
