Hi!!
Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner*in für unsere WG im Studentenwohnheim am Lohmannshof. Die Wohnung wird vob der BGW gemietet, sodass nur StudentInnen darin wohnen dürfen.
Das Zimmer ist 13m² groß und je nach Absprache mit der BGW möbliert.
Unsere Wohnung:
Die WG hat eine gemeinsame Küche und ein Wohnzimmer/ Esszimmer, in dem du etwas auf unserem Fernseher Filmeabende oder einfach gemeinsam eine Mahlzeit teilen kannst. Es gibt einen riesigen Balkon, den wir uns mit unserer netten Nachbar-WG teilen und auf dem man die Sonne genießen oder eine warme Tasse Kaffee in der schönen Couch schnappen kann.
Ausserdem, teilen wir uns in der WG zwei Toiletten und eine Dusche. Zudem hat jede/r noch ein Waschbecken im Zimmer – super praktisch (Stau gibt es deshalb in der Dusche trotz 6 Leuten nicht oder nur sehr selten). Für gemeinsame Kosten (Toilettenpapier, Reinigungsutensilien, etc. ) haben wir eine WG-Kasse, in die wir monatlich 5 Euro einzahlen.Die Rundfunkgebühren bezahlen wir gemeinsam (3 Euro pro Monat ungefähr.)
Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen für 1,50€ pro Waschgang, Trockner für 1,00 €, und im Innenhof einen großen Fahrradschuppen und dazu noch eine Tischtennisplatte für etwas Bewegung nach dem Essen.

Hi!!
We are now looking for a new roommate for our shared flat in the student residence at Lohmannshof. The apartment is rented by the university office, so only students are allowed.
The room is 13m² in size and furnished according to agreement with the BGW.
Our apartment:
The flat has a common kitchen and a living/dining room where you can watch something on our TV or just share a meal together. There is a huge balcony, which we share with our nice neighbouring community, where you can enjoy the sunshine or grab a cup of hot coffee on the nice couch.
In addition, we share in the flat two toilets and a shower. In addition, everyone has a sink in the room – super convenient (there is therefore no traffic jams at the shower despite 6 people living here). For common costs (toilet paper, cleaning utensils, etc.) we have a flat-share fund, into which we pay 5 euros per month. And the Radio/TV tax fee costs about 3 euros per month.
In the cellar there are washing machines for 1.50€ per wash cycle, dryers for 1.00€, and in the courtyard there is a large bicycle shed and a table tennis table for some exercise after the meal.
Location:
From the apartment, you can walk to university in 10 minutes. And if you don’t want to walk, there is a train and bus station right next to the building. You can also drive to the inner city in no time or take a Siggi bike.
Right across the building there is a Penny supermarket and every Thursday there is even a vegetable and fruit market.
Also, if you like it outside, you are surrounded by nature in the blink of an eye.

Die Wohnung liegt nahe der Uni (10-15 Minuten zu Fuß) und direkt an der Haltestelle Lohmannshof. Von hier aus sind es 10 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt, oder 2 Stationen bis zu Uni.
Dabei fahren die Bahnen bis etwa 1 Uhr nachts und am Wochenende hält hier der Nachtbusstündlich. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Penny, sowie eine Poststelle, Eisdiele, Apotheke und sogar einen Friseur. Aus der Tür raus und über die Straße gehts direkt in den Auenpark, falls man mal gemütlich spazieren gehen möchte.
The apartment is close to the university (10-15 minutes on foot) and right next to the Lohmannshof bus stop. From here it is 10 minutes to the city center or 2 stations to the university.
The trains run until around 1 a.m. and on weekends the night bus stops here every hour. There is a Penny right next door, as well as a post office, ice cream shop, pharmacy and even a hairdresser. Out the door and across the street you go directly to the Auenpark

In dieser Wohnung finden Sie 5 großartige, sehr unterschiedliche Mitbewohner. Ahmad, Fatih, Melanie(Zieht demnächst ein) und Minh leben hier, und ihre Interessen gehen von Physik, Sport, Spielen, Tanzen, Kochen, Fußballspielen und natürlich studieren! Wenn du mehr über sie erfahren möchtest, nimm gerne Kontakt zu uns und komm gerne auf ein Tee vorbei :)
Bei uns wird im Moment Deutsch, Englisch, Türkisch und Französisch gesprochen und sind offen für mehrere Sprachen.
Trotz des manchmal auftretendem Uni Stress herrscht hier meistens eine lustige und freundliche Atmosphäre. Gerne setzen sich ein paar von uns zusammen ins Wohnzimmer und essen. Trotzdem versuchen wir zu respektieren, wenn jemand beschäftigt ist, indem wir nicht zu laut sind oder den Rest wissen lassen, ob wir Leute einladen oder eine Party schmeissen.

In this apartment you will find 5 great, very different roommates. Ahmad, Fatih, Minh and Kris live here, and their interests range from physics, sports, dancing, games, cooking, football and of course studying! If you would like to learn more about them, please contact us or pay us a visit:)
We currently speak German, English, Turkish and French, but we are open to expanding our language range.
Despite the sometimes occurring university stress, a fun and friendly atmosphere prevails here is usually shared. A few of us would be happy to sit down in the living room and eat. Nevertheless, we try to respect when someone is busy by not being too loud or letting the rest know whether we’re inviting people or throwing a party.
