Zum 15.5./1.6. wird in unser zentral gelegenen WG ein charmantes Zimmer zum Hof frei! Die liebe Frauke zieht aus, es bleiben Ben (30) und Janina (29)... Unsere Wohnung ist ca. 110m² groß und erfüllt alle Wohnwünsche, da wäre z.B. das riesen Wohnzimmer, Badewanne und Spülmaschine. Dein Zimmer hat Dielen, eine schön hohe Decke und ein Hochbett.
Straßenbahn, verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die City liegen vor der Tür. Und nun wo der Sommer kommt: im Garten lässt es sich gut grillen:)
Dich erwarten sympathische Nachbarn - uns solltest du am Besten einfach mal kennenlernen... Wir sind berufstätig/Student und haben aber auch Bock auf WG.
Bitte keine Zwischenmieter und Haustiere (mag der Vermieter leider nicht):(
