Ab dem 01.04. wird ein Zimmer in unserer 2er WG frei.
Unsere Wohnung hat insgesamt 70 m2 und liegt in der 3. Etage. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen Balkon.
Dein Zimmer wäre 15 m2 groß.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
Die WG hat außerdem eine große Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und verfügt über einen Balkon, auf dem man abends sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Du hast auch die Möglichkeit, dein Fahrrad im Hinterhof zu stellen.

From 01.04. a room in our 2-person shared flat becomes available.
Our apartment has a total of 70 m2 and is on the 3rd floor. The apartment also has a balcony.
Your room would be 15 m2.
The room is unfurnished. A wardrobe is only available.
The WG also has a large kitchen, a cozy living room and a balcony where you can sit in the evening and enjoy the sunset. You also have the possibility to put your bike in the backyard.
Die WG liegt in der Nähe von Miele. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linie 1) ist zu Fuß 2 min von uns entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findest du ausreichend in der Umgebung. Es gibt Rewe, und eine Apotheke, und das ist ca. 8 min. von uns zu fuß entfernt. Man kann auch Nordpark in weniger als 3 min. erreichen.

The shared apartment is near Miele. The tram stop (line 1) is a 2-minute walk from us. A bus stop is right outside the front door.
You will find enough shopping facilities in the area. There is Rewe and a pharmacy, and that is about 8 minutes walk from us. You can also reach Nordpark in less than 3 minutes.
In der WG leben gerade: Ich Ramiz(20), und mein Mitbewohner, der Ende März auszieht.
Ich bin nicht darauf aus eine Zweck WG zu gründen, was bedeutet, dass ich sehr offen dafür bin auch abends mal ein Bierchen zusammen zu trinken.
Dennoch braucht jeder auch seinen eigenen Raum und seine Ruhe.

Currently living in the shared flat: Me Ramiz (20) and my roommate, who is moving out at the end of March.
I´m an open person, which means that I look forward to having a beer together in the evenings. I also have no problem speaking English in the flat.
However, everyone needs their own space and calm.
