Ich (31 Jahre, Studiere Soziologie im Master, 3tes Semester an der Uni) suche
eine/n nette/n,unkomplizierten Mitbewohner/in
für meine 2er WG. Die Wohnung liegt ca.1 Minute Fußweg vom Siegfriedplatz entfernt.Im Preis von 253 Euro ist alles mit drin an Kosten für Internet(WLAN), Strom und Gas. Das Zimmer ist 14 Quadratmeter groß und liegt nicht zur Strasse (weniger Lärm). In der WG gibt es einen Putzplan.
Meine WG soll keine Zweck-WG sein, ich finde es gut, wenn man sich mal unter der Woche zum Kochen oder zum Quatschen/Rumhängen trifft, oder am Wochenende was zusammen unternimmt oder weggehen! Find's aber auch wichtig, dass man mal seine Ruhe haben kann. Daher sind genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten vorhanden wenn man mal entspannen will!
