Unsere 2er WG verfügt über 3 Zimmer, Küche, Flur, Wannenbad und ein seperates WC (sehr praktisch!!) plus Kellerraum.
2 Zimmer sind für dich reserviert, falls du einziehst!!
Das hintere ist mit Balkon und beide zusammen sind ca. 25 qm groß. In dem größeren Zimmer ist ein Kabelanschluss, den wir im Moment nicht nutzen.
Netto, Sparkasse, Baumarkt und Bioladen sind 2 Bahnstationen entfernt.
In die Innenstadt sind es auch nur 3 Stationen.
Außerdem haben wir die Promenade an der Sparrenburg 5 min. zu Fuß vor der Türe.
Die Zimmer liegen nach hinten raus...also musst du mit keiner Lärmbelästigung rechnen :)
Ich freue mich, wenn du aufgeschlossen und neugierig zu mir in die Wohnung *schneist*.
Kochen, spielen, joggen, Konzerte etc. sind absolut mein Ding.
Nimm dir Zeit zur Besichtigung, dann ist auch noch ein bisschen quatschen drin.
