Es handelt sich um ein schönes Zimmer, das ausreichend Platz bietet, es verfügt über 2 Fenster und 2 Heizkörper. Es hat einen Zugang zum Balkon und liegt im ersten Stock. Wir haben eine gemeinsame Küche und ein Bad. Es stehen einem reichlich Möbel zur Verfügung die man in Anspruch nehmen kann aber nicht muss.
Die Lage ist optimal, man ist mitten in der Stadt, hat kurze Wege zu Fussgängerpassage und 4 Supermärkten (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Centralkauf) in der Nähe und trotzdem eine eher ruhige Lage, da es sich um eine Seitenstraße handelt. Man ist in 5 Minuten Fussweg ganz locker am Bahnhof oder am Siegfriedplatz und man brauch nur etwa 15 Minuten zur Uni mit Fahrrad oder Bahn.
Du musst an der Uni oder FH studieren, um hier wohnen zu können.
