Liebe WG-Suchende,
wir, Rose (25) und Steffi (30) suchen ab dem 15.01. eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere Dreier-WG. Unser Mitbewohner Amit wird in seine eigene Wohnung ziehen und so wird Platz für Dich :)
Wir wohnen direkt am Klinikum Mitte, zur Uni sind es nur ein paar Stationen mit der Strassenbahn und in der Innenstadt bist Du in ein paar Minuten. Der Ravensberger Park ist nah, genauso wie KInos und Supermärkte. Wir wohnen in einer schön ruhigen Lage, obwohl wir sehr nah an der Stadt wohnen.
Das Zimmer:
Ist 20 m2, unmöbliert und hat 2 große Fenster.
Die Wohnung:
Wir wohnen in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, im Erdgeschoss. DIe Wohnung hat ca. 90m2.
Zur Ausstattung gehören u.a. eine Waschmaschine, Badewanne, Fahrradparkplatz (außen; innen stehen zwei Kellerabteile zur Verfügung). ISDN, Internet und Festnetz sind natürlich auch vorhanden. Wenn Du ein Auto hast, müsstest Du dir einen Anwohnerparkschein besorgen.
Die WG:
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Bei uns hat jeder seinen Freiraum, bei Lust und Zeit unternehmen wir aber auch gerne zusammen was. Rose kommt aus Australien und promoviert in Soziologie, Steffi arbeitet an der Uni. Tagsüber sind wir unterwegs; wenn abends alle wieder eintrudeln, ist es schön, noch ein bisschen zu quatschen oder hin und wieder was zusammen zu machen.

Hello,
we, Rose (25) and Steffi (30) are lookig for a new roomate, beginning January 15th (or later).
Our current flatmate Amit is moving into his own appartment and so there is a room waiting for you :)
We live right next to the Klinikum MItte (Central Hospital), which is very near to the City centre. Although we live near the centre the neighbourhodd is quite and you will get a chance to come down after a day of work or study.
The Universities are not far away, only a couple of stops via tram.
The next park would be the Ravensberger Park - you will also find supermarkets or cinemas nearby.
The room:
Is about 20 m2, unfurnished and has 2 big windows.
The Flat:
We live in on the Ground Floor of our appartment house. The flat itself has about 90 m2.
The common areas are furnished and the kitchen is also equipped with all the main equipment which you can use as well. We also own a washing mashine. If you own a car, there is the possibility to park with a resident permit.
Our Living together:
Our living together has been quite harmonic so far and we would like it to be about more than just "saving costs". Of course everybody has his/her space but we would also like to get to know you better. And maybe have a chat or meal together after a work day or a day at the university.
Rose is doing her doctorate at the university and Steffi is working there as well. So we are pretty much out working during the day but when we come home, it`s nice to chat a little or do something about town.
