In der Doppelhaushälfte sind insgesamt 3 Wohnungen auf 3 Stockwerken.
Zum 01.06 (EG) bzw. zum 01.07. (1.OG) sind zwei 3-Zimmer-Wohnungen zu vermieten. Beide Wohnungen sind gleich geschnitten. Die drei Zimmer haben in beiden Etagen ca.18 und 19 qm, eine Wohnküche mit einer voll funktionierenden Einbauküche (ca. 13 qm) und ein Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster. Die Wohnungen sind demnach beide sehr gut für WGs geeignet. Das EG hat Dielenboden und das 1. OG hat Laminat.
Auf Grund von einer Eigennutzung ist die Mietdauer begrenzt bis ca. Frühjahr 2023. Details werden in weiterer Absprache getroffen.

In the semi-detached house are a total of 3 apartments on 3 floors.
To 01.06 (ground floor) and to 01.07 (1st floor) are two 3-room apartments for rent. Both apartments have the same layout. The three rooms have in both floors approx. 18 and 19 sqm, a kitchen-living room with a fully functional fitted kitchen (approx. 13 sqm) and a bathroom with bathtub and window. Accordingly, the apartments are both very suitable for WGs. The ground floor has floorboards and the 1st floor has laminate.
Due to an owner-occupancy, the rental period is limited until about spring 2023. Details will be agreed in further consultation.
The apartments are ready to move in from June or July. -> If you help maybe even earlier ;-)

ENGLISH
The large garden (approx. 200 square meters) can be used communally. The residential area is nice and quiet, because the street is not a thoroughfare.
The bus stop, bakery and a gas station are only 3 minutes away on foot. The university is only 7 minutes away by bike and it takes 11 minutes to walk to Bültmannshof (line 4) or Nordpark (line 3). At both train stops are various shopping facilities (large Nordparkcenter with Rewe, Denns and Action), snack bars and an ice cream parlor.
In addition, the house borders on the green belt from which you can walk or bike to the Teutoburg Forest or also to the Obersee in Schildesche.
Also the Alm (Schüco-Arena) of Arminia Bielefeld and the Siegfriedsplatz is in sight or relaxed walking distance!
GERMAN
Der große Garten (ca. 200 qm) kann gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden. Die Wohngegend ist schön ruhig, da die Straße keine Durchfahrtsstraße ist.
Die Bushaltestelle, Bäcker und eine Tankstelle sind nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Uni ist nur 7 Minuten mit Fahrrad entfernt und bis zum Bültmannshof (Linie 4) bzw. zum Nordpark (Linie 3) läuft man in 11 Minuten. An beiden Bahnhaltestellen sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (große Nordparkcenter mit Rewe, Denns und Action), Imbisse und eine Eisdiele.
Außerdem grenzt das Haus an den Grünstreifen von dem ihr in den Teutoburger Wald oder auch zum Obersee in Schildesche spazieren oder radeln könnt.
Auch die Alm (Schüco-Arena) von Arminia Bielefeld und der Siegfriedsplatz ist in Sicht- bzw. entspannter Laufweite!
Da es sich um zwei leere 3-Zimmer-Wohnungen handelt könnt ihr euch eure Mitbewohner selber suchen und das WG-Leben von Grund auf selbst bestimmen ;-)
Since there are two empty 3-room apartments, you can look for your own flatmates and determine the flat-sharing life from scratch ;-)
Each apartment has its own large basement room. There is also a communal laundry room with parking spaces for washing machines and clotheslines.
Secure storage for bicycles can be found in the large garden behind the house.
Cable TV and Internet is also no problem.
The ground floor apartment can be rented partially furnished, otherwise the furniture comes out! Because of clearing out and renovation are still some furniture on the photos.
So get in touch quickly, before all the furniture is gone ;-)
Jeder Wohnung steht ein eigener großer Kellerraum zur Verfügung. Außerdem gibt es einen gemeinschaftlichen Waschkeller mit Stellplätzen für Waschmaschinen und Wäscheleinen.
Sichere Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder finden sich in dem großen Garten hinterm Haus.
Kabelfernsehen und Internet ist ebenfalls kein Problem
Die EG Wohnung kann nach heutigem Stand teilmöbliert gemietet werden, ansonsten kommen die Möbel raus! Wegen Ausräumung und Renovierung sind noch einige Möbel auf den Fotos zu sehen.
Also meldet euch schnell, bevor alle Möbel weg sind ;-)
