We are looking for a nice flatmate for our 3-person shared flat. The room has its own entrance and three large windows facing the garden, which makes it very bright and is especially pretty in the mornings. It is 15 square meters big and is furnished with a large wardrobe, a bed, a mattress, a bedside table, a desk, an office chair, another chair and an extra shelf, as well as a TV and a printer. There is also a sink and a bathroom cabinet in the room, so we never get in each other's way in the bathroom. The bathroom with a shower and toilet and the kitchen with a stove, an oven, a microwave and a refrigerator with a small integrated freezer are shared by us. Additionally, we have our own garden and a little spare room.
The apartment is located right next to the Teutoburg Forest and the local recreation area Johannisberg, which makes it a great flat for people who like nature and going for a walk and on hikes. The flat is still very centrally located though. The city center is only a 10 minute walk away. The next bus stops are only about a 4 minute and a 8 minute walk away, the next three S-Bahn stops (Adenauerplatz, Siegfriedplatz, Jahnplatz (city center)) 10 minutes. Food shops can be reached in 10 minutes (Netto) or 15 minutes (Edeka and Aldi) by foot. The Sparrenburg, the Olderdissen zoo, the Bürgerpark, an art gallery and its park, an outdoor gym and a climbing park are also close to the apartment.
Your flatmates would be Wynona (19) and Katja (24), both Germans. They're both pretty new in Bielefeld as well, Katja moved in in September, Wynona in August. Katja studies computer linguistics and Wynona is training to be a stage dancer. We like to do movie nights (Wynona has accounts on basically every streaming service there is :D) and cook and bake together.
The price includes all costs including gas, water and WLAN costs.
