Da mein Mitbewohner auf Grund seiner Arbeit in eine andere Stadt gezogen ist, suche ich eine/n nette/n und aufgeschlossene/n Mitbewohner/in, gerne berufstätig oder Doktorand, für unsere 2er WG. Das Zimmer hat ca. 14m2 und ein großes Fenster zur Straße, die aber sehr ruhig ist. Die Küche an sich ist voll ausgestattet inklusive Spülmaschine. Sie hat eine schöne Durchreiche zu einem kleinen, aber feinen Esszimmer/Wohnzimmer. Unser Bad besitzt eine Badewanne und ein großes Fenster. Frühster Einzugstermin ist der jederzeit oder 1. April.
As I am leaving Bielefeld soon, my lovely room is up for grab! It is around 15 square meters and located conveniently on ground floor. The appartment is fully furnished with everything you need including washing machine and a dishwasher. In the kitchen, all sorts of utensils are already present. In the living room you have a dining table and sofas. So you have to bring only yourself. Everything else is already here!
Perfekte Lage für Studenten (5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Uni). Ruhige Wohnlage auch für Berufstätige mit Penny und Jibi fußläufig entfernt. Bahnhaltestelle (Wellensiek) ist innerhalb 7 Minuten zu fuß erreichbar (von dort ca. 8 Minuten bis zur Stadtmitte/ HBF).
The tram station (Wellensiek) can be reached within 7 minutes. With tram you are in city center within 10 minutes. There are two supermarkets closeby as well as bakers, all accessible within max. 10 minutes making it a great location to live
Ich bin Sophia und arbeite Vollzeit als Lehrerin an einer Gesamtschule. Das WG Leben ist recht unkompliziert und locker. Man kann gerne ab und zu mal was gemeinsam machen, muss man aber nicht. Ich ziehe mich auch gerne mal zurück, da ich bei den vielen Kindern den ganzen Tag über öfter mal meine Ruhe brauche;). Wäre schön, wenn du ähnlich wärst. Ist aber kein Muss.
You will share the appartment with me, Sophia, a teacher. I´m a lively and easy going person and from time to time we can sit and share stories over a cup of tee/coffee.
