About Me.
This is a link to a video of my introduction  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jq-RZcX8d8g

I am a 32-year-old male born in Ecuador and currently living in the United States. I will start a master’s program (Interamerican studies) at the university of Bielefeld on April 15th. During my stay in Bielefeld, there would be a mentor who will help as a guide to show the city and its system (things like transportation, libraries, university location, restaurants, culture, etc.) I am a very happy person who likes to connect with people and who believes that being part of a community makes an experience more enjoyable and grateful for everybody. There is nothing more pleasant than talking to a person and getting to know them socially as well as culturally. Friendliness, flexibility and caring are some of the qualities that I bring with me. There is also a history of a rich cultural background that I possess that has expanded my social circle. In my spare time, I like to read, cook sometimes  and go for walks around the neighborhood. I love animals since they are great for company and they are also very sweet.

I am the oldest son of a family of 5 members. I have a sister who is 31 years old and a brother who is 17 years old. I was born and raised in Ecuador and when I was 27 I moved to the United States where I have been living for the last 5 years.
I studied and I graduated at a university in Ecuador. My professional profile is as a teacher and I have worked in the field since 2015. I moved to the United States 5 years ago where I continued with my career as a teacher (I work with middle school students between the ages of 11 and 13). In addition to teaching, caregiving has also become an occupation I enjoy. Taking care of elderly people and people with disabilities has been so rewarding because it has improved the quality of their lives 

Life Style.
I am quiet and respectful. I normally spend time reading but I am flexible to the possibility of going out every now and then. If people in the house do not go out, that is totally fine to me. I am very respectful about that of course. Normally I get up early. I cook breakfast and I go to work. During the week, I work as a teacher and after work, I get together with a friend or I read a book. Sometimes, I go out for walks and when there is a little bit of extra time, I go to the gym or play basketball. I love spending time with friends and family. We talk about every conversation and sometimes, we cook together (any type of food, including Ecuadorian food ;) ) On the weekends, I take care of elderly people with disabilities. I do not smoke or drink and I am fine living with somebody who smokes or drinks outside in the balcony. I am a clean person too.

Rental History.
I can provide evidence of the last 5 years of rental history. I have leases (rental contracts) and monthly payments made to previous landlords that shows I have never been late with payments as well as references of my commitment to taking care of their units.

I am a very respectful and responsible person who will take care of your place. I can say that I have a good rental history and I can provide proof of it with information of paying rent on time as well as a reference from my current landlord. In addition to that, I can also provide a security deposit as a guarantee and I can pay a few months of rent in advance or for the whole time I would be there for my studies before moving in as a guarantee to never skip or get behind with rent or any payment. I can also provide evidence of financial stability, savings and income that I have here in the United States. In addition to that, there is the possibility to provide evidence of my credit history here the country that shows as “excellent” meaning that I have never missed nor was I late with any payments (the credit history here in the United States is measured by a score)

I also have saving funds (that I can show as proof) with enough money to cover my expenses in Germany during my studies. I can also provide pictures of myself and extra documents upon request. Could you please let me know if it would be possible to have an online meeting?

Financial Stability.
I have 2 stable jobs with 2 stable sources of income. I also have saving funds. I can provide proof of bank statements as well as pay stubs and job contracts.

Languages.
Currently I speak 2 languages fluently (English and Spanish). I am also taking courses in German. It might take a few months until I start communicating in German and I like to try to speak it with people who speak it 
