Du arbeitest in Bietigheim und bist auf der Suche nach einem günstigen Zimmer(Mo -Fr) ohne viel Aufwand? Dann könnte dieses Zimmer für dich genau das Richtige sein. In meiner großzügigen 96qm Wohnung wird ab dem 01.10.23 ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer grenzt an das großzügige Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon(Südseite) an. Das Bad ist vom WC getrennt und die 2022 neu eingebaute Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet(inkl. Spülmaschine).
Zur Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich 2min Fußweg entfernt von einer Bushaltestelle von der aus man den ZOB Bietigheim in unter 15 min erreichen kann. Vor dem Haus befinden sich zudem ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten.
Da ich unter der Woche durch Arbeit/Studium und Sport sehr eingespannt und wenig zu Hause bin, handelt es sich hierbei um eine Zweck/Berufstätigen WG.

P.S.: Gesucht wird in aller erster Linie ein Pendler der hier von Montag bis Freitag arbeitet und wohnt und am Wochenende nicht da ist.

You work in Bietigheim and are looking for a cheap room (Mon-Fri) without much effort? Then this room could be just right for you. A room in my spacious 96 sqm flat will be available from 01.10.23. The room is adjacent to the spacious living room/dining room with access to the balcony (south side). The bathroom is separated from the toilet and the kitchen, which was newly installed in 2022, is equipped with everything (incl. dishwasher).
Location: The flat is located 2 minutes walking distance from a bus stop from where you can reach the ZOB Bietigheim in less than 15 minutes. There is also plenty of parking space in front of the house.
As I am very busy during the week with work/studies and sport, this is a purpose/working flat share.
