Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß (wahrscheinlich etwas größer), wurde vor kurzem noch renoviert und ist mit Laminat ausgestattet und weiß gestrichen worden.
Es hat außerdem 2 große Fenster, die denn Raum hell und größer wirken lassen.
Top Lage
ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Stadt und zum Bustreff
ca. 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof zu Fuß.
In der WG wird zum 1.4. noch ein weiteres Zimmer frei, was etwa die gleiche Größe hat (eventuell etwas größer) der Preis sollte in etwa der selbe sein (bei Interesse kann ich den rausbekommen).
Und ein kleineres Zimmer steht schon frei und wäre auch sofort bezugsfertig. Es ist ca. 12 qm (denke ich :'D) und kostet 197 Euro.
Außerdem ist eine komplette Küche vorhanden (ohne Spülmaschine) und soweit ich weiß bleiben die Möbel in der Küche auch drin ( Tisch, Bank und Stühle).
