Nette 3 Zimmer Wohnung sucht MitbewohnerIn für 2er WG

Das Mehrfamilienhaus liegt in Altenbochum/Goy in einer Sackgasse. Rundherum stehen viele Bäume, es gibt auch hinterm Haus viel Rasen. Die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig. In 7 Minuten Fußweg ist die Straßenbahn 302 erreichbar. Mit dem Rad sind es in die Innenstadt gerade Mal 10 Minuten. In näherer Umgebung gibt es einen Rewe, Netto, Apotheken, Eisdiele, Frisöre, eine Sparkasse und alle möglichen Ärzte. Der Zugang zur Autobahn liegt nahe. Aber man kann von hier aus auch ein paar schöne Parks in kurzer Zeit erreichen.

The apartment house is located in Altenbochum/Goy in a dead end street. All around are many trees, there is also a lot of lawn behind the house. The neighbors are very quiet. In 7 minutes walking distance you can reach the streetcar 302. By bike it is just 10 minutes to the city center. In the immediate vicinity there is a Rewe, Netto, pharmacies, ice cream parlor, hairdressers, a savings bank and all kinds of doctors. The access to the highway is close. But you can also reach a few beautiful parks in a short time from here.

Ich habe Lust auf eine WG, in der man gemeinsam Zeit verbringt. Zum Beispiel beim Kochen, Essen oder Sport. Natürlich sollte auch jede/r Zeit für sich haben können. Ich habe gerne Freunde zu Besuch, ohne dass es zu ausladenden Partys kommt. Meine Hobbies sind aktuell Wandern, Kampfkunst, Bouldern, Radfahren, Pen & Paper spielen und lesen. Es wäre schön, wenn wir das ein oder andere teilen würden.
Ich bin ein ordentlicher und meistens sauberer Mensch und lege daher Wert auf diese Aspekte. Ich versuche außerdem so nachhaltig wie möglich zu leben, ohne mich dabei allzu sehr zu versteifen. Also wenn du Bock auf eine freundschaftliche WG hast, Nachhaltigkeit kein Schimpfwort für dich ist und du ordentlich bist, könnte das Zusammenleben schön werden :)

I feel like living in a shared apartment where you can spend time together. For example, cooking, eating or doing sports. Of course, everyone should also have time for themselves. I like to have friends over, without it coming to sprawling parties. My current hobbies are hiking, martial arts, bouldering, biking, playing pen & paper and reading. It would be nice to share a thing or two.
I am a neat and mostly clean person so I value those aspects. I also try to live as sustainably as possible without getting too rigid about it. So if you're up for a friendly shared apartment, sustainability isn't a swearword for you and you're tidy, living together could be nice :)

Zur Zeit steht noch ein rotes Ikea-Schlafsofa in dem Zimmer, das gegen eine kleine Ablöse übernommen werden könnte. Ich selber wohne schon seit zwei Jahren in dieser Wohnung. Daher ist die Wohnung auch eigentlich ziemlich gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer wird aber leer vermietet. Ich würde mich über einen grünen Daumen freuen :)

Currently, there is a red Ikea sofa bed in the room, which could be taken over for a small fee. I myself have been living in this apartment for two years. Therefore, the apartment is actually quite well equipped. However, the room is rented empty. I would be happy about a green thumb :)
