Mit knapp 20 Quadratmetern sehr großes und helles WG Zimmer ab Mitte April bis max. Mitte Mai 2021 zur Zwischenmiete in schöner Altbauwohnung. Die WG mit zwei sehr netten, umgänglichen Mitbewohnern (Student der Sozialwissenschaften und Physiotherapeutin in Ausbildung) liegt zwei Minuten Gehweg vom Schauspielhaus enfernt, Ecke Oskar-Hoffmann-Straße.
In der größeren Wohnküche wird gesessen, gequatscht, gekocht und geraucht, im Kühlschrank hat jeder sein/ihr Fach, manche Sachen teilen wir uns natürlich auch als WG - braucht ja nicht jede Person ihr eigenes Olivenöl :) . Im Nebenraum der Küche finden sich Waschmaschine und Trockner. Unser Bad ist mit einer Wanne ausgestattet. Die monatlichen Kosten belaufen sich auf 350 Euro, das ist nicht wirklich billig, dafür ist die Wohnung extrem zentral gelegen, sehr groß und recht hell und in diesem Preis sind auch alle laufenden Kosten beglichen. Zusätzlich eine einmalige Kaution in Höhe von 100 Euro, die schriftlich festgehalten und zum Ende der Mietszeit zurückgezahlt wird. Wir suchen eine umgängliche und respektvolle Person, auf diskriminierendes Verhalten haben wir keine Lust. Ansonsten ist es ganz dir überlassen ob du dich eher zurückziehen magst und für dich bist oder ob du mit den anderen Kaffee trinken und Sachen unternehmen möchtest. Wichtig ist, dass sich alle wohlfühlen können, sich alle selbstverantwortlich um den Haushalt kümmern und man eine offene Kommunikation miteinander findet.

The big room is up for part time rent from mid April till mid May. Since it's a shared flat, two very nice roomates will be living with you, both are students in Bochum (social sciences and physio therapy). The flat is right next to Schauspielhaus and the walk to the central station takes just a few minutes.
Since we don't have a balcony, it's possible to smoke in the kitchen. The kitchen ist also our spot to sit, socialize, have a beer or eat dinner together. In the kitchen you find everything you need including a washing machine and electrical dryer, a big table for dinner and you'll have enough space to cook or make yourself comfortable.
The rent for one month is 350 Euro, it's not exactly cheap, but the flat is very big and bright and the location is also super central. All monthly cost are included in this. Additional there is a onetime 100 € safety deposit that will be handed back before you move out.
We're looking for a respectful person who doesn't discriminate against others. If you'll rent, you can join the flat routine and engage with us as roomates over dinner, coffee, beer or whatever you are up to. Or you could also just keep to yourself. As you like it. If we find ways to have an open and honest form of communication and as long as everyone feels responsible for the kitchen, everything will be relaxed and fine.
