Es handelt sich um zwei Zimmer in einer großen, hellen Dreieinhalb-Zimmer-Wohung in Gerthe Mitte (Zwischen Gerther Markt und der ehemaligen Zeche Lothringen) Ich beziehe Ende April die Wohnung als Zweitwohnung, da ich weiterhin vorrangig in Berlin arbeiten werde.
Die Zimmer sind z.Z. noch unmöbliert, Möbel zur Grundausstattung sind aber vorhanden. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet, WaMA und Trockner im Keller.
Die Wohnung ist gut an den ÖNVP und dadurch auch an die Bochumer Innenstadt angeschlossen - in der Nähe befinden sich die Harpener und Gerther Felder sowie der Gysenpark in Herne mit gutem Freizeit- und Sportangebot.
Fotos der Innenräume folgen bald! Da es sich um einen Neubezug und WG-Neugründung handelt, ist der ganz genaue Mietpreis mit allen Nebenkosten noch nicht bekannt.
